On our website and in the sales brochure you will find all relevant information about the project and the available apartments. Select one or more apartments and add them to your reservation list by clicking on the shopping cart icon.
Once you have added one or more apartments to your reservation list, you will be shown the reservation fee (€ 2,000 per unit). In the next step, you will be redirected to PayPal to pay the fee.
The reservation fee will be charged directly via PayPal. We will then maintain the reservation for 28 days. After the purchase contract has been successfully certified, the reservation fee will be refunded in full.
If, after 28 days, for reasons for which you are responsible, there is no notarisation, we will automatically cancel the reservation and a processing fee of € 500 per accommodation unit will be retained. The balance will be refunded to you via PayPal.
If you prefer the classical way, you can of course also make your reservation by bank transfer. In this case, please contact our sales consultants. The reservation is valid as soon as we have received the reservation fee and your financing confirmation.
After you have successfully reserved your apartment, one of our sales consultants will get in touch with you. Together you are going to discuss pending issues and decide on the apartment’s furnishings as well as the scope of the renting service. Afterwards, we will prepare a draft contract and make an appointment with the notary for you.
While the notary reads out the draft contract, they will allow the purchaser as well as the seller to ask questions or make any corrections if necessary. If both parties agree with the read out contents, you are going to sign the contract. The contract is binding only with the signature of both parties and the notary’s certification signet.
